PixelScale Studio provides digital services including website development, mobile apps, AI solutions, and digital marketing. Exact scope is defined in a written Statement of Work for each project.
Projects are invoiced per the payment schedule in the SOW. Standard terms are 50% on start, 50% on delivery unless otherwise agreed.
If you are not satisfied with the first deliverable we provide, we will offer a full refund. This applies to the initial design/development phase only.
Upon final payment, you own all deliverables. We retain the right to display the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
PixelScale Studio's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
